Watching Iran Air and missing Tehran...

I am @ Schiphol and seeing an Iran Air aircraft from the airport balcony.

I always hated the Iranian government but always loved Iran Air!

I have missed seating in an Iran Air aircraft and flying to Tehran; an airline which was called the "fastest growing airline" in the world in 1970s. 

Sad days for all of us...

Iranians portrayed as 9/11 terrorists in "Flight 93"

I am watching the American movie "Flight 93", directed by Peter Markle. It's about 9/11 events.

In the hijacked plane, one of the passengers calls home and tells his wife: "The hijackers look like Iranians"!! but actually NO IRANIAN WAS INVOLVED IN 9/11 attacks.

The director/producers should be ashamed. Poor Persians! millions of them escaped to the West after 1979 Islamic Revolution. Because their homeland has been hijacked by Mullas but even in exile they are portrayed as terrorist!

"Saving Face", a Moving Documentary

Just watched the moving film "Saving Face" (Oscar winner) in The Hague.
The documentary focuses on the women's life who have been the victims of acid attacks in Pakistan...
Quite difficult to watch parts of the film but world should know about that.
